Sales Fundraisers are events where members sell items that your cabinent created, bought, or cooked to the community.

Contact your school administration about the sale.

Aim towards finals season when everyone is stressed out

Pre-order from locations such as Krispy Kreme (bonus if they offer a bulk discount)

Sell donuts and hot chocolate for an affordable price in the morning or at the end of the day!!
DONUT & HOT CHOCOLATE SALE

Decide the type of merch your club wants to sell - shirts, pins, bags, etc - and find a vendor to produce the merchandise

Note: good vendors for clothing merch could be the company Hanes or Port&Company

Create a design/logo for your merchandise - or hold a design contest for members to participate in!

Publicize the merchandise with a pre-order form to collect sizing and contact information

Receive the merchandise and distribute!

CLUB MERCHANDISE!
Pick a general theme for your grams depending on the occasion, such as “Holiday Grams” for Christmas or “Treat Yourself” grams for stressful exam seasons.
Create decorated grams filled with different treats (ie: candies, notes of encouragement, stickers, etc.) that correspond to your theme

Make sure you order supplies in bulk to ensure you have enough for all of the grams!

Publicize the grams with a Google Form for members to pre-order a few weeks in advance for themselves or their friends!

Once the sales have been confirmed, distribute the grams to your members!

The best place for distribution could be at a general meeting or a club social!

Whether it be stressful exam seasons or the exciting holidays, grams are a great way to show your friends you care about them while also spreading the love of the KIWIN’S Ohana!
HOLIDAY/EXAM GRAMS!

We can invest in some plain water bottles that the club decorates

Clear water bottles sold in bulk can be found at many places like Walmart or on Amazon
-
Supplies used to decorate the water bottles can also be found at the same place as the water bottles
-
The supplies can be stickers, colorful markers, or other fun things
-
Then we set up a place to sell them at school
-
Events like this can be advertised at event like club rush
