KIWIN'S CookOUT

i.   Get the event approved from advisors. Book a location or hold the event at a nearby park!

ii.   Publicize the event to all KIWIN’s members from the club/division.

  • Include a sign up form so the board is alerted beforehand on how much food they should bring.

iii.   Each and every board member is required to bring a home cooked meal.

iv.   Bring paper plates, utensils, and tables. Each attendee will be required to pay a certain amount (up to you! Maybe $6+) to be able to get a single paper plate to eat from.

  • People who bought food are not allowed to share with those who didn’t. Those who did pay, let them help themselves to whatever they want!

v.   As each member goes around the tables, those who want to participate in the judging process will be given one slip of paper whenever they help themselves with a dish.

  • The board member who made the dish will be overlooking their meal and passing out slips of paper.

  • The paper represents that the participant has tried a dish.

vi.   Club Presidents, advisors, and participants who collected all the slips of paper from each dish will come together after everyone is done eating to choose who brought the best dish.

  • Second and third places can also be decided!

vii.   After the judges finish deciding, announce the winner!! Award the best chef with prizes and incentives :D

  • A fun, friendly competition between members that simultaneously grows bonds as well as funds. Participating competitors will do their best to make their dish, and friends and onlookers will support them by buying food and voting.

  • Can be done with baked goods as well <3
