Movie Night

• Determine the location, date, and time with your advisor and club board as well as which movie (maining selecting three movies for members to decide)

• Send out a poll to your club members on which movie they’d be interested in watching

• Communicate with advisors for materials such as a projector for the movie

• PROMOTE!!

• Send out interest form to see how many people are interested in attending (this can help you also determine how many snacks to purchase)

• Advertise the admission to the movie night as something affordable ($1-2) and possibly a deal

ex. paying $6 at admission gets you a free boba drink with a 50% off if you want a refill
