i.   Get advisor approval !!

ii.   Create an interest form for your club to get a general idea of how many supplies to purchase

• For carving supplies, try to stick to stores with lower prices (dollar tree, 99 cent store, cvs, etc.) or have board members bring some from home to lend out

*encourage attendees to bring their own carving supplies if they have them*

• Purchase the amount of pumpkins needed according to the number of attendees (once again try purchasing in the lower price range first)

*try to buy all the pumpkins from the same place to make the pricing easier for your club to determine, in order to maximize profits*

iii. Carve away

• Hold the event at a nearby park and enjoy your pumpkin carving :D

• If you want to hype up the mood make it a contest! Simply decide on a small prize for the winner ! (ex. club merch, gift card, candy)
