ASK YOUR ADVISORS FOR APPROVAL

Plan a date, time, and place and allow yourself time to promote the social / fundraiser and order the materials

Send out an interest form for those interested in pre-ordering a tote bag and would like to participate in the social! (Make sure to provide the details and give the members time to preorder)

Find somewhere that you can order tote bags in bulk (amazon) and paint.

ASK AROUND!! if your Kiwanis advisors or board officers have some supplies that they would like to bring to the event, you can save money on materials

Order the material (if you have extra, advertise that you have extra and how much you have so members are still able to participate if they didn’t pre-order in advance)
